제목 The relationship between phase-transition temperature and particle size in vanadium dioxide.
초록 In this study, we investigated that how can phase-transition temperature be changed by particle size of VO2. VO2 samples were produced after synthesizing from Vanadium pentoxide, oxalic acid, and surfactant by hydrothermal method and then calcinating. The particle size of VO2  sample prepared with surfactant was smaller than that with no surfactant. From analysis of DSC, phase-transition temperature was decreased with the decreased of particle size of VO2. The crystallinity, morphology, and optical properties of VO2 powder were characterized by XRD, DSC, TEM, UV-vis-NIR.
