제목 The effect of new type acid of high conductivity on Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):Poly(styrenesulfonate) films
초록 The conductivity of PEDOT:PSS enhanced by addition of an organic compound, metal nanoparticle and treatment of PEDOT:PSS films salt, inorganic acid. Among these processes, inorganic acid induced phaseseparation of PEDOT:PSS. Especially sulfuric acid is reported the conductivity of  2000cm-1 on PEDOT:PSS films through treatment.
In this study, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and sulfuric acid using new type acid manufactured in two ways and spin coating in accordance with the mole ratio on PEDOT:PSS films investigared properties. According to result, conductivity, transmittance and surface morphology sensitively depends on the mole ratios, number of coating, new type acid.
