|제목||Preparation of surfactant free poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) nanospheres by novel emulsion solvent diffusion method|
Generally, novel emulsion solvent diffusion method in water or oil was developed to prepare the biodegradable PLGA nanospheres; via the coprecipitation of drug and polymer in the emulsion droplets induced by the diffusion of solvent. Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) is one of the most frequently used polymeric surfactant, is to stabilize the dispersed phase. But, we can not but consider remaining at the surface of nanospheres and being very difficult to remove. On the other hand, PVA is peresently suspected of carcinogenicity. Therefore, we prepared the nanospheres using the materials which can control their hydrophilicity or lipophilicity instead of PVA. Also, we investigated both of them as compared with their morphology. We confirmed the feasibility of the nanospheres which can be used readily for intravenenous infusions without removing surfactant.
