제목 Effects of Radiation on Optical and Electrical Properties of Graphene Oxide with Water-Soluble Polyfluorene Derivative Composites
초록 The graphene oxide (GO) has emerged as a precursor offering the potential of cost-effective, large-scale production of graphene based materials. As GO has a good solution processibility to fabricate organic electronic devices, as GO has possibility to apply to use as an electrode and interfacial layer in organic electronic devices. Moreover, Functional groups in GO, such as carboxyl, epoxy and hydroxyl groups, are affected to synthesize functionalized GO using a variety of organic agents.
So, in this study, water-soluble conjugated polymer is introduced in GO solution to investigate optical and electrical properties through radiation process. The optical and electrical properties, which was blended with GO and water-soluble conjugated polymer (WPF-6-oxy-F-GO composite), were measured using a UV-vis spectrophotometer, Raman microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and four-point probe, respectively.
