제목 Relationship to visco-elasticity and adhesion properties of acrylic polymers on UV curing system
초록 Acrylic PSA double-sided tape has been widely used to bond various substrate material. Because of adhesion strength and durability of acrylic PSA double-sided tape, the use of PSA double-sided tape in high performance application has been increasing in many industries such as electronics, automobile and construction. High adhesion strength of double-sided tape affect visco-elastic property according to inner structure. When applied to paint panel in automobile, adhesion strength is related to surface adhesion and holding power. This study focuses on the non-solvent UV curing acrylic PSA and acrylic PSA double-sided tape made by UV curing acrylic PSA. Adhesion characteristics of UV curing acrylic PSA were measured with various monomers, photo initiators. In addition, visco-elasticity of UV curing PSA double-sided tape was estimated by use ARES.
