제목 PLA-PEO-PLA 블록 공중합체의 합성 및 수용액상태에서의 열가역적 전이거동에 관한 연구
초록 Poly(D,L-lactic acid-co-L-lactic acid)-bl-Poly(ethylene glycol)-bl-poly(L-Lactic acid-co-D,L -lactic acid) (PLA-PEG-PLA) triblock copolymers were synthesized by ring opening polymerization of D,L-lactide and L-lactide onto Poly(ethylene glycol). Aqueous solutions of PLA-PEG-PLA triblock copolymers underwent from sol to gel phase transition with increasing temperature. In this research, the sol to gel transition behavior of aqueous solutions of the triblock copolymers was investigated as functions of molecular weight of triblocks, the hydrophobic/hydrophilic (PLA/PEG) balance, the ratio of DLLA to LLA in PLA.
