제목 Redox/pH-Sensitive FRET-Based Polymer Dot for Fluorescence imaging in Cancer cells
초록 We developed a redox and pH-sensitive drug delivery matrix based on Polymer dot to diagnose and treat cancer. The redox-sensitive matrix allows selective cancer cell killing during controlled release of drugs in response to the high level of GSH inside cancer cells. Additionally, the FRET quenching formed by Boronate ester bond of Polymer dot and DYE was pH sensitive, so that the binding could be broken by intracellular pH conditions and the fluorescence signal could be visualized. We confirmed the directly kinetic monitoring on MDCK and MDAMB using Confocal. This fluorescence on-off system enables the development of a matrix that can be used as a nanocarrier for diagnosis and death by selectively distinguishing only cancer cells in response to GSH and pH.
