제목 Preparation and evaluation of orally disintegrating tablet(ODT) with Lidocaine Using QbD
초록 The purpose of this study was to supplement the shortcomings of patient pain, sterilization process of syringes, and risk of medical accident as a syringe of Lidocaine, which is used as a conventional local anesthetic injection, the formulation of an orally disinterpreting tablet(ODT) was adopted for the purpose of delivering drugs through mucosal penetration. Risk in the process were identified using the Assessment Tool for Fishbone. As ODT molding, mucous membrane permeability, crumbling velocity and content, and hardness, which are characteristics to have, are specified as CQA. Full factorial designs were performed with design space and optimized as independent variables by varying the amount of glute agent, the amount of disintegrating agent and the amount of surfactant, respectively, to maintain hardness, crumbling velocity, and lidocaine mucosal permeability as dependent variables.
