제목 Achieving over 5.0% Efficiency in Single-component Polymer Solar Cells Derived from a Fully Conjugated Block Copolymer Synthesized via One-pot Polymerization
초록 Conjugated block copolymers containing donor (D) and acceptor (A) blocks have high potential for single component polymer solar cells (SC-PSCs), but still exhibit the difficulty of polymer synthesis and low device efficiency. In this research, a new fully conjugated D-A block copolymer (CDABP) was successfully synthesized through one-pot polymerization. The CDABP contains PBDT2T of p–type units and PNDI-Se of n–type blocks along the polymer chains. The single component polymer solar cell (SC-PSC) with a CDABP film showed the maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 5.30% which is much higher than that (2.62%) of the device with the as-cast film. This perform can be attributed to its fine internal/surface morphology and high crystallinity of CDABP film.
