제목 Preparation and characteristics of organic / inorganic hybrid coating depending on type of inorganic sol
초록 Since the plastic substrate is transparent and has excellent impact resistance, it has been attracting attention as a substitute material for glass. Also it has been widely used in various applications such as building materials, automobile materials, electronic materials, safety glasses, and household appliances due to its strong weather resistance and low thermal expansion rate. The sol-gel process is a method of obtaining a uniform inorganic oxide by inducing both hydrolysis and condensation reaction to metal alkoxide precursor having high reactivity at room temperature. The inorganic sol is dispersed in organic solvent using a silane coupling agent to prepare organic/inorganic hybrid coating solution. In this study, the characteristics of the organic/inorganic hybrid UV-curing coating were evaluated according to the type of inorganic sol.
