제목 Improvement of adhesive properties of carbon fiber reinforced plastics by polypropylene/carbon nanotube/montmorillonite composites
초록 As the fuel consumption of automobile parts and the strength of environmental regulations have increased, but the speed of development of lightweight parts is rapidly developing. The composite/CFRP, which has been extensively developed in the Hyundai automotive industry, offers excellent features to withstand high strength to weight ratios, high design flexibility. Olefin polymers used as adhesives for bonding carbon fiber reinforced plastics due to their excellent adhesion to polypropylene composites. In this study, we investigated the bond strength between CFT and LFT using CNT and MMT reinforced materials. PP/CNT/MMT composite resin was prepared by mechanically distributing CNT and MMT in PP. Combining CFT and LFT with this material has improved physical properties.
