제목 Synthesis of High Hardness/Flexible Organic-Inorganic Hybrids Coating
초록 The plastic sheet usually has a lower surface hardness and poor scratch resistance compared to glass resulting in easily damaged and less transparent surface. In this study, UV-curable organic/inorganic hybrid hard coatings were synthesized by sol-gel method to improve surface physical properties. In addition, various urethane acrylate oligomers were studied to retain flexibility of coating layer. The effect of structural changes and coating ingredient composition on the surface characteristics of coating layer was investigated with FT-IR, surface hardness characteristics, flexibility, optical property, and thermal decomposition behavior.
