||Recently, research on potential applications has been actively carried out because application of flexible organic light emitting diode (OLED) has become more important. In addition to improving efficiency, large-area and bending test studies are essential. Plastic based flexible OLED have been studied, but bending test has not been studied systemically. In this study, a plastic substrate was used to fabricate flexible OLED, and an inorganic layer as a barrier layer was formed on surface of the plastic substrate using atomic layer deposition (ALD). After OLED fabrication, a thin plastic film was used as encapsulation and the bending test was conducted systematically according to the bending radius (Rd). As a result, I-V-L analysis before and after the bending test confirmed the potential for durability.
