|제목||Tripodal Trindane-based Anion Molecular Receptors with tris(diamide) Recognition Motif and with Triazole Motif linked by Click Chemistry|
|초록||A tripodal tris(diamide) anion receptor possessing both H-bond donor and acceptor sites and an anion receptor with triazole/coumarin fluorecent linked by Click Chemistry are newly synthesized.
The tris(diamide) receptor shows high selectivity towards H2PO4− anion proved by 1H NMR titrations method measuring the binding constant (Ka) of 293 M-1 in DMSO-d6. The appended tris(diamide) arms of receptor provides a preorganized cavity to encapsulate the H2PO4− through multiple hydrogen bondings.
The triazole receptor with coumarin fluorephore could detect picric acid and p-nitrophenol with detecting limits 2.7 µM and 1.3 µM, respectively.
