제목 Surface Morphology and Adhesion Properties of Acrylic Pressure-sensitive Adhesives Film by Hydroxyl Group Ratio
초록 Acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives (acrylic PSAs) are easy to synthesize and the property of acrylic PSAs can be controlled by the type and ratio of acrylate monomers. In order to apply to the medical field of acrylic PSAs, it is necessary to control the morphology of the adhesive according to the hydrophilicity. In this study, we have studied the surface morphology and adhesion properties of acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive films by hydroxyl group ratio. We synthesized with acrylic PSAs by UV-polymerization, which does not use organic solvents and has fast reaction time, and the ratio of hydroxyl group of the acrylic PSA was controlled by the content of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (2-HEA). Synthesized acrylic syrup were characterized using FT-NMR, GPC, etc. The morphology and adhesion properties of the acrylic PSA films were analyzed by DSC, TGA, AFM, contact angle analyzer and peel tester.
