제목 Novel In-situ Toughened Epoxy Resins Using Simultaneous Formation of Poly (BAC/ PCLDA) Via Azide-alkyne Click Polymerization
초록 In order to improve the fracture toughness of a cured epoxy system, in-situ toughening method was proposed in this study which provides an efficient way to make new toughened epoxy by in-situ azide-alkyne click polymerization during curing of epoxy resin with amine. About 10wt% content of in-situ toughener of polyBAC/PCLDA) showed excellent increase of fracture toughness while the transmittance of epoxy system was maintained. The homogeneous phase for the fracture surface of in-situ toughened epoxies in SEM micrographs was quite different from the two-phase morphology for the preformed polymer-toughened epoxy systems. The molecular characterization and morphology of these toughend epoxy and their in-situ Toughener poly(BAC/PCLDA) were determined by NMR, SEC, FT-IR and SEM.
