제목 친환경 플라즈마 침류질화에 의해 금속표면에 형성된 FeS 층의 마모특성 연구 
초록 In this study, sulf-nitriding treatments were performed to improve the properties of corrosion and wear resistance of AISI4140 as steel for machine structural use. Prior to these plasma treatments, the thick compound layer, having ~10㎛ thickness, was formed on the surface of specimens. Finally, the sulf-nitriding treatments were performed in same chamber. Plasma nitriding was carried out at 823K for 4h in an atmosphere 60 vol.% N2 and 40vol.% H2 in addition to CH4 50sccm. And plasma sulf-nitriding was carried out at 723K for 2, 4, 6h in an atmosphere of plasma nitriding in addition to H2S 50sccm with N2 balance. The treated AISI4140 specimens were characterized by using ball-on-disc test.
