||Oil is an important energy source in transportation, agriculture and industry. However, as petroleum consumption continues to increase, the depletion of oil has accelerated, prices have risen, and environmental problems have become an issue of the current generation. Therefore, in various papers, the fuel conversion of biodiesel has been carried out to solve this problem, and the expensive commercialized vegetable oil is used as a raw material for the production of biodiesel, which makes it difficult to commercialize biodiesel internationally. Therefore, in this study, microwave-assisted biodiesel production was performed to save raw materials and time as a solution to this problem. Experiments were carried out using methanol at various acid values. In order to apply it industrially, optimization and analysis of the biodiesel manufacturing process were performed using the central composite design method of the response surface methodology.
