제목 Control of properties of hydrophobicity and optical film through fabrication method
초록 Hydrophobic film has been vigorously investigated for several decades. Recently, hydrophobic film is applied to clothes, bricks, mobile film, display film etc. In particularly, mobile film or display film is required to optical properties. But hydrophobic film is made of silica particles and polymer. The silica particles is inorganic materials that have high haze property so that hardly use as optical film. In this study, to resolve this problem, silica based hydrophobic films with superior optical properties through fabrication method. The coating control method of film was divided into the control of silica content, the comparison of single layer and double layer, the effect of # Meyer bar, and the thickness effect of film substrate. In particularly, the fabrication method is improved in the overall optical properties by fabrication with a double layer than a single layer. Further, the thicker the substrate, the better the physical properties.
