|제목||Dual-phase all-polymeric membrane for CO2/N2 separation process using graft copolymer filler|
|초록||In this paper, we reported high-performance, dual-phase, all-polymeric membranes that exhibit improved CO2 permeability and CO2/N2 selectivity at the same time.
The membranes are fabricated by using the graft copolymer composed of (2-[3-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]ethyl methacrylate)-graft-poly(oxyethylene methacrylate) (PBE) and a poly(amide-b-ether) block copolymer (Pebax).
The interconnected CO2-philic network channels within the matrix was formed due to the selective interaction between the amphiphilic PBE Filler and Pebax.
The microphase-separated morphology were confirmed using TEM, DSC, XRD, TGA, and UTM.
The CO2 and N2 permeabilities increased as the PBE content increase, and best performance was observed at a PBE content of 5 wt%. It result from increased CO2 solubility owing to the efficient clustering of CO2-philic groups.
The dual phase membrane exhibits a CO2/N2 separation performance with a CO2 permeability of 175.3 Barrer and a CO2/N2 selectivity of 48.2.
