||Graphene oxide based nanocomposites have been widely studied for various applications, because graphene oxide (GO) can be easily functionalized with other substances, GO. Recently, extensive efforts have been made to prepare GO-Polyaniline (PANI) composite, which is expected to exhibit various functional properties. In this study, we synthesized GO covalently bonded PANI composites with various molar ratio and investigated photo-physical properties such as photocurrent and photo response. Structural analysis and optical analysis properties of the nanocomposites are were carried out FT-IR, Raman, UV-visible spectrometer, XRDx-ray diffraction analysis. The photo-response properties have been measured under irradiation of controlled wavelengths from various light sources.
