제목 Co3O4 nanoparticle/Graphene Oxide Aerogel electrode for Asymmetric Pseudocapacitors
초록 Graphene and chemically modified graphene hold great promise for energy storage and conversion due to their high mechanical flexibility, chemical/thermal stability, excellent catalytic activity, and so on. We report a simple and low cost method to fabricate a graphene-based aerogel encapsulating metal oxide nanoparticles for high energy density, free-standing, binder-free flexible pseudocapacitive electrodes. We made graphene aerogel network that carries Co3O4 nanoparticles during the room temperature interfacial gelation. The resultant rGO-Co3O4 composite aerogel shows mesoporous quasi-parallel layer stack morphology with a high loading of Co3O4 nanoparticles, which offers numerous channels for ion transport and a interconnected network for high electrical conductivity. All solid state asymmetric pseudocapacitors employing the composite aerogel electrodes have demonstrated high areal energy density of 35.92 μWh/cm2 and power density of 17.79 mW/cm2 accompanied by excellent cycle life
