제목 Autologous tissue regeneration of ePTFE vascular graft through polymer coating
초록 Cardiovascular disease have threaten human life until now. To treat cardiovascular disease teflon vascular grafts (ePTFE) are now widely used. However, Small diameter vascular grafts (<4mm inner diameter) are highly associated with risk of thrombosis and occlusion. Therefore, Endothelialization, which is the core of blood vessels, is necessary to solve poor long term patency. So, we induced autologous vascular cells to grow into bioinert teflon artificial vascular graft through coating of substance P and Heparin conjugated Poly(l-lactide-co-ε-caprolactone) (PLCL).
