제목 N-doped Cdots/Pd 3D Nanosponges with Enhanced Electrocatalytic Activity for Hydrogen Evolution Reaction and Methanol Oxidation Reaction N-doped Cdots/Pd 3D Nanosponges with Enhanced Electrocatalytic Activity for Hydrogen Evolution Reaction and Methanol Oxidation Reaction
초록 We report an effective synthesis of surfactant-free N-Cdot/Pd nanosponges with tunable compositions using N-doped carbon as structure-directing reagent and L-ascobic as the reducing reagent. N-Cdot/Pd nanospongy electrodes provide a current density of 10 mAcm−2 at a low overpotential of −55 mV with an excellent stability for evolution reaction under acidic conditions. In addition, the N-Cdot/Pd nanospongy electrodes provide high catalytic activity and are stable for methanol oxidation reaction in 0.1 M KOH containing 1 M methanol. The higher catalytic activity of the N-Cdot/Pd nanosponges is mainly due to their greater electroactive surface area (ECSA) and synergistic effect caused by the intimate contact between Pd and N-doped carbon.
