제목 High Barrier properties and Transparent of Aluminum-based organic/inorganic nanocomposites film
초록 The modern food packaging has made great advances as results of global trends and consumer preferences. These advances are oriented to obtain improved food quality and safety. The main purpose of food packaging is to protect the food from microbial and chemical contamination, oxygen, water vapour and light. These effect has an adverse effect on food packaging such as deterioration and oxidation of the packaged food. In this work, we have tried to improve of water and oxygen barrier properties, high transparency, and flexibility by using aluminium-sol. The aluminium based organic-inorganic films were prepared to reduce the oxygen affinity and the water affinity by interactions between polymer matrix and aluminium-sol.
