제목 Effect of Morphology of Nanoparticles for Water-Repellent Solid Surfaces
초록 Development of water-repellent solid surfaces in material sciences is related to the size of nanoparticles, morphology and formulation of films with nanoparticles. To determine optimal process for clearly optical water-repellent films, we experminated the relation of organic/inorganic composites and two type of UV-binder. We found that water-repellent properties controlled by dispersion of nanoparticles into binder and surface site of nanoparticles. These results indicate that clearly optical water-repellent films depended on surface morphology. Further, these results suggest these process factors underlies self-cleaning clothings, metal refining, and adhesion prevention development.
