제목 Size controllable hexagonal boron nitride nanopowder synthesis for mass production
초록  Hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) has intriguing chemical physical properties such as high thermal conductivity, strong anti-oxidation, low frictional force and large band gap and so on. Because of these properties h-BN can applied wide application. Recently, according to develop of high-technology, thermal management is focused one of most important factors. Thermal properties of h-BN is suit for thermal application. However, commercial h-BN is expensive to adapt these applications.
 Decreasing size distribution hexagonal boron nitride is needed for uniform application quality. Generally hexagonal boron nitride nanopowder is synthesized by CVD process for a large-scale production to need a high-temperature or vacuum reactant vaporization. However, the high-temperature and/or vacuum-assisted CVD method to vaporize toxic reactants, such as boron compounds.  
 In this study, a simple fabrication for single-step massive production of h-BN nanopowder was investigated. The h-BN nanopowder was fabricated by relatively lower temperature calcination than other synthetic process of h-BN. The h-BN nanosheets were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Synthesized h-BN nanopowder size with various condition have 20 to 225 nm of lateral dimension.
