제목 Well-ordered patterning of polymers for the enhanced performance on triboelectric nanogenerator
초록 Triboelectric nano-generator (TENG) become more effective power source for the wearable devices because the wearable devices require low level of electric power. Herein, we report the performance-enhanced TENG device which both triboelectric materials have patterned morphology. These patterned structures can induce more charges and can be fabricated by simple patterning procedure. Concave-patterned poly(dimethyl siloxane) (PDMS) replica molds is obtained via soft lithography technique. From this concave-patterned PDMS molds, various triboelectric materials with the convex-shaped morphology can be fabricated. Due to their well-ordered morphology, surface area of each triboelectric material increases effectively. Assembling both the mold and the product to TENG, the convex-concave patterned pair of triboelectric material shows 3-fold-enhanced voltage potential difference than that of the flat TENG device.
