제목 Designing conjugated polymers that can be fabricated into nanoparticles with different fluorescent colors by changing their sizes
초록 Conjugated polymers nanoparticles (CPdots) have attracted an increasing amount of attention in recent years for optoelectronic device and biomedical applications. However, there are still few study on size-controlled CPdots with different fluorescent color. To design conjugated polymers (CPs) for fabrication to CPdots with different fluorescent colors by changing their sizes, trace of electron acceptor should be included in the polymer chain, which can emit different emission color in solution and in the solid state. We tried to make CPs having special emission property when they are formed as CPdots. CPs were composed of the phenylene or fluorene backbone with diverse electron acceptors. CPs had very little amount of electron acceptor in polymer back bone for different emission color in solution and solid state. CPdots showed the fluorescence color change from blue at small-sized CPdots to green or red at large-sized CPdots.
