제목 Giant 3-D Network Structure and Templates in Block Copolymer Thin Films by Solvent Vapor Annealing
초록 3-D bicontinuous network structure in nanoscale has attracted considerable attention because of its potential applications such as high-density data storage, photonic crystals, water filtration, and nanoscale replication. In this study, the thin films of asymmetric polystyrene-block-polymethyl methacrylate (PS-b-PMMA) with high molecular weight were prepared to be exposed a neutral solvent vapor to generate a direct pathway from hexagonal (HEX) cylindrical morphology to long-range ordered gyroid (GYR). Along with the improved mechanical strength from the high molecular weight and structural integrity, the large-scale GYR morphology were confirmed by the results of membrane performance, which showed greater permeability through the nanoporous GYR structure than that through the HEX structure.
