제목 인산암모늄을 첨가한 유리섬유/불포화 폴리에스테르 복합재의 난연 및 계면물성 평가
초록 The effects of halogen-free flame retardants such as ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP) on the flammability and interfacial properties of glass fiber (GF) /unsaturated polyester (UP) composite were studied. The wetted GF mat to ADP solution was dried using drying oven. The specimens were manufactured using UP by the VARTM (Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding) process. The thermal properties were conformed by DSC and TGA. The flame retardant test was based on UL-94V test and the test was performed at 3 times each conditions. After the UL-94V test, chars were observed using FE-SEM. The interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) and interfacial shear strength (IFSS) were conformed by short beam shear test and microdroplet pullout test.
