제목 3D Vanadium Oxide/Reduced Graphene Oxide Composites for Rechargeable Lithium-ion Battery Cathodes
초록 V2O5 has been considered as a promising material and applied in many applications due to its exceptional properties such as high electrochemical activity, typical intercalation structure which provides short diffusion pathway, and low cost. However, there are some limitations of V2O5, for instance, low conductivity results in the performance of device, volume expansion, bulk V2O5 shows low diffusion coefficient of ions. Many reports have tried to improve device performance limitations by applied carbon materials. Here we designed the 3D structure composites of V2O5/rGO by using hydrothermal combined with facile mixing process in order to enhance LIB performance. 3D structure of composites provides high surface area and fast ion diffusion. Also, the nanosize of V2O5 offers short diffusion pathway for Li-ion. Meanwhile, rGO can act as the electrical. We expect that 3D V2O5/rGO composite can be a very promising cathode materials in LIB.
