제목 Thermal, Mechanical and Rheological Properties of Silicone-polyurethane Elastomer by Polysiloxane
초록 Polyurethane (PU) is a class of polymers that can be applied to a variety of application because its chemical structure is easily controlled by the structure of a hard segment (diisocyanate) and a soft segment (polyol/diol). PU can be prepared as plastics or elastomers, and they are also used in the adhesive and paint application. However, PU elastomers have limited thermal stability. Recently, Silicone-polyurethane elastomer of organic-inorganic hybrid material have attracted more and more attention recently because of chemical and thermal stability, low surface energy, significant gas permeability, nontoxicity as well as good biocompatibility. In this work we synthesis silicone-PU elastomer modified by polysiloxane. Fabricated elastomer property was investigated by gel permeating chromatography (GPC), shore JA, thermomechanical analysis (TMA), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA).
