제목 Fabrication and characterization of TiO2 nano-filler by silane agent with in-situ method to prepare high refractive index films
초록 High refractive materials are important components for displays, lens, solar cells, and various optical devices. Titanium dioxide (TiO2), such as high refractive index inorganic nano-filler, was usually used to incorporate into polymer matrixes to improve their optical performance. Unfortunately. TiO2 nano-filler is difficult to disperse uniformly because strong property of aggregating with each other. In this study, we were introduced [3-(methacryloyloxy)propyl] trimethoxysilane to improve their dispersibility and mechanical property. The modified TiO2 by silane agent was fabricated by in-situ method. In-situ method is to how to proceed with the synthesis of TiO2 particle and modification by one-step, it can synthesized in a smaller and more uniform than the ex-situ method, such as simply surface modification.
