제목 Optimization of natural dye extraction process using response surface methodology 
초록 Currently, natural pigment market in the world, in environmental pollution and safety problems, a trend that demand for natural dye is increased. Market of the world's natural pigment is about $720 million, is expected to become an annual average growth of 8% range until 2018. Natural pigment is extracted by natural animal tissues, crushed from the plant tissue, mineral material or microbial products.  Natural dyes, safety and high reliability compared to the artificial synthetic pigment, good coloring effect, a simple manufacturing process, natural dye because it was friendly to the environment is in the limelight. However, extraction of coloring matter from the natural material is difficult to obtain the desired color, in this experiment, to compensate for this disadvantage, by using the Mini Tab RSM program (Response Surface Methodology), to find the optimal conditions.
