제목 Carbon Nanotube Hybrids for Optical Detection of proPSAs
초록 Multiplex detection and discrimination of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) and proPSA including [-2]proPSA, [-5]proPSA and [-7]proPSA in blood are considered to be a promising way to improve the accuracy of prostate cancer detection. We developed the nanoprobes producing strong resonance Raman scattering signals by controlling the orientation and density of tandem antibodies specific for proPSAs on single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs), denoted pSNA, for multiplex detection of PSA derivatives. The pSNAs showed an enhanced binding affinity to the target molecules, and they were able to selectively detect [-2]proPSA, [-5]proPSA, and [-7]proPSA captured on the magnetic beads.
