제목 Extended Orientation of Self-Assembled Block Copolymer Multilayer Thin Films by Intercalated Graphene Oxide Sheets
초록 Block copolymers (BCP) have received significant attention in the past few decades due to their ability to self-assemble into nanoscale structures. By using grapheme oxide (GO) monolayers, a perpendicular oriented lamellar microdomain structure of dPS-b-PMMA thin films could be achieved after thermal annealing. This is perhaps due to non-preferential interaction with amphiphilic GO sheets with both dPS and PMMA. Furthermore, Multilayers of dPS-b-PMMA/GO with oriented assembled structure can be also obtained by intercalated GO sheets. Langmuir-Schaefer (LS) technique was applied to deposit GO monolayers. The neutron reflectivity (NR) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) techniques have been used to analyze the effect of GO on microdomain orientations of dPS-b-PMMA thin film. The GO-controlled BCP orientation can provide important routes for flexible transparent polymer based-solar cell device application.
