제목 Highly conductive PEDOT hybrid films with Carbon nanostructures and its application for transparent electrode
초록  The transparent electrodes are a functional thin film electrode that lets the light of visual rays penetrate but it has electrical conductivity. It is widely used as a electrode board for FPDs, touch screen, solar battery, and etc, and is demanded that it can be applied to the roll or/and printable process. In recent research efforts, conducting polymer, carbon nanostructures networks, random silver nanowire meshes, and patterned metal grid have been evaluated as potential replacements for ITO electrodes. Although these alternaive transpartent electrode approaches have the potential to replace ITO, they still suffer from the classic trade-off between the optical transmittance and electrical conductivity.  Herein, we designed the conductive materials for transparent electrodes based on the nano-carbon materials such as Graphene, SWCNT, PEDOT, and their hybrid compound film, respectively.
In case of this, the PEDOT:PTS/Graphene film exhibited improvements in conductivity and reductions of up to 30% in sheet resistance, relative to PEDOT:PTS film. Second is PEDOT:PSS/SWCNT hybrid flim. And in this case, prepared the PEDOT:PSS/SWCNT film‘s sheet resistance is decreased about 15% from PEDOT:PSS films. It is clear that these transparent electrodes PEDOT:PTS/Graphene and PEDOT:PSS/SWCNT hybrid films have the potential to outperform conventional ITO thin films, especially when used in flexible OELD or touch screen as a potential electrode layer.
