제목 Electrical Characterizations of Solar Cells by Impedance Spectroscopy
초록 Impedance spectroscopy is a valuable tool in many areas of materials science and devices. It gives access to fundamental mechanisms of the solar cell operation, which can be used to interpret the characteristics of solar cell performance and thus to improve their optimization for sunlight energy conversion. Recently, theoretical framework and modeling for in-depth electrical characterization of solar cells using impedance spectroscopy has been provided. In this work high quality of impedance spectra are taken using two-probe impedance analyzers covering both forward and reverse bias over a wide frequency range in dark and under different illumination condition for the third and fourth generation of solar cells such as DSSC, OPV, and those with  perovskite material. They can be compared with I-V measurements which provide the typical cell properties as short-circuit current, open-circuit voltage, fill factor and conversion efficiency. Distinct features of AC behavior in the forward bias region can be understood in terms of the transmission line models including parameters such as conductivity, chemical capacitance, and recombination resistance. The electron kinetics parameters will be compared with those by light-modulated methods (IMVS/IMPS). The Mott-Schottky behavior in the reverse bias region and other contact and dielectric effects are also considered.
