||Self assembly is a type of process in which a disordered system of pre-existing components forms an organized structure as a consequence of specific, local interactions among the components themselves, without external direction. An ability to mimic the boundaries of biological compartments would improve understanding about self-assembly and provide routes to new materials. Herein, we report supramolecular assembly based on building block using bis, tris- heterogenic coiled-coil peptide (Cz, Nz) by click reaction. And those builing blocks were became supramolecules by self assembly with α-helix structures. Coiled-coil binding property of dimer (or trimer) of Cz and Nz is higher than just monomer of Cz and Nz confirmed by circular dichroism(CD) in buffer solution. We predicted that phenomenon is from more bondable parts in building block. We also synthesized tetrakis-heterogenic coliled-coil building peptides and will crystallize supramolecular structure using those building block.
