제목 Synthesis of CuInS2 Nano-particles by a Colloidal Route
초록 CuInS2 nano-particles have been synthesized by a colloidal annealing route. Copper(II) acetylacetonate (Cu(acac)2), indium(III) acetylacetonate (In(acac)3) and elemental sulfur are used as precursor materials. Synthesized CuInS2 materials are investigated by a X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and the band gap of the particles is determined by photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopic method. The morphology of the particles are studied by a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The elemental compositions of CuInS2 particles are analyzed by an inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES).
