Robust Strong Stabilization via Modified Popov Controller Synthesis
In this paper we merge the parameter-dependent Lyapunov function framework used to construct robust Popov controllers with the a priori and a posteriori approaches given in [4], [5], [7], [8] for obtaining stable compensators. Specifically, we derive constructive sufficient conditions that yield robust Lyapunov and asymptotically stable stabilizing Popov dynamic compensators.
