세라믹/FRP 이종 복합재료의 접착특성에 관한 연구
A Study of Adhesion Properties of Ceramic/FRP Hybrid Composites
초록
고강도, 고경도의 세라믹과 Spectra-Kevlar/Vinyester 복합재료의 접합을 위해 에폭시 전착를 사용하였으며, FT-IR, FT-NMR 을 통하여 접착제의 성분을 분석하였다. 표면 조도, 접착층의 두께, 플라즈마 처리 시간, 그리고 경화 온도에 따른 Ceramic/FRP 이종 복합재료의 계면강도를 고찰하였으며, 접착특성에 영향을 주는 요인들에 대한 계면 강도의 최적 조건을 결정하였다. Ceramic/Adhesive 층의 충격 흡수에너지는 계면간의 결합력보다는 접착제층의 두께에 더 큰 영향을 받으며, 최대 충격 흡수에너지는 접착제층과 계면 강도가 주된 요인임을 알 수 있었다.
Epoxy adhesive was used to fabricate high strength, high hardness ceramic and Spectra-Kevlar/vinylester hybrid composite, and the adhesive components were analyzed using FT-IR, FT-NMR. Interfacial adhesion strength of Ceramic/FRP hybrid composite was investigated as functions of surface roughness, adhesive thickness, plasma treatment time, and curing temperature of the adhesive, and optimal conditions for interfacial adhesion strength of Ceramic/FRP hybrid composite were determined using above various factors. Impact absorption energy of ceramic/adhesive layer was governed mainly by adhesive thickness rather than interfacial adhesion strength. In the case of maximum impact absorption energy, the adhesive thickness and interfacial adhesion strength of Ceramic/FRP hybrid composite were major factors.
