Parallel synthesis and fast catalytic testing of catalyst libraries for oxidation reactions
One way of speeding up catalyst development could be to use methods of combinatorial chemistry which has established itself in the last decade as an efficient tool for the fast synthesis of a large number of organic compounds (libraries) in the pharmaceutical industry. This paper describes initial methodological studies which have been initiated with the aim of achieving the fast parallel synthesis and catalytic testing of heterogeneous catalysts.
