A noise-reduced broad-spectrum photodetector based on reagent-free electrophoretic assembled flexible ZnO/rGO films
Flexible devices with optoelectronic functionalities have attracted significant attention for their wide applicability in wearable devices. For high-performance photodetection, both wide-range photoresponse and high sensitivity should be implemented simultaneously in one device, which sets challenges for material and device design. Herein, ZnO/rGO films, as photodetectors working in broad-spectrum region, are assembled through a novel reagent-free electrophoresis method. Based on the as-assembled photodetector, by introducing a polyfluorocarbons/rGO interface, we further reduce its signal-noise interference based on a novel charge accumulation effect. As a result, the hybrid ZnO/rGO film-based photodetector displays remarkable noise-reduction effect, enhanced sensitivity, and low detection limit.
