Evaluation of the Frictional Properties of Oil-in-water Emulsions on Fractal Agar Gel Surface
We evaluated the frictional properties of emulsions on fractal agar gel substrates. The friction force and its temporal profile depend on the ternary mixed state. An unstable emulsion containing a large amount of oil shows a significant lubricating effect.
