염소화 처리가 고무 표면 특성에 미치는 영향
The Effects of Chlorination of SBR on the Surface Proeperties of Rubber
Rubber was chloinated by chemical treatment method using the sodium hypochlorite and sulfuric acid. Contact angles of rubber were decreased with increasing concentration of NaOCl and reaction time. The wettability of rubber surface was improved by means of chlorination. In the FTIR-ATR spectra, the intensity of C=C peak was decreased with reaction time and concentration of NaOCl. The rubber there was no C=C peak in spectrum of rubber treated with NaOCl for 120sec.
