An improved sensing-a-string-hole device with learning mode for the frame of the racket
For the teaching and commercial purposes, an improved sensing-a-string-hole device with learning mode for the frame of the racket has been developed in this paper. Four aspects have been improved in this paper compared to the first prototype of this device. First, the cost of the sensing parts has been reduced. Second, the adjustment of a string hole sensing mechanism becomes easier. Third, the detection motion on the vertical movement has been automated. Fourth, the analysis for string hole detection is more accurate by applying the gear combination. Especially, applying the learning mode with the interaction and demonstration functions of this automation device, it can be easily operated to control the motion of the mechanism of the device and/or to sense the string hole location of the racket by pointing the button shown on the screen. Finally, the designer can apply it for an examination tool under the different computing algorithm.
