Positron annihilation lifetime study of pure and doped LiF
Results from positron lifetime measurements for pure and doped LiF samples are reported. The analysis of the measured spectra using a two-state trapping model is presented as a function of the nature and concentration of the dopant. The effect of annealing the samples on the positron lifetimes is discussed.
