단순한 포스피네이트 유도체의 독성에 관한 연구
Studies on the Toxicity of Simple Phosphinate Derivatives

알킬 알킬포스피네이트 유도체와 알킬 페닐포스피네이트 유도체들의 독성을 조사하였다. 화합물의 독성은 수컷의 생쥐에 대한 복강주사로 검사하였으며, 알킬포스피네이트 유도체들(1,2)의 LD50 값은 각각 37mg과 70mg이로서, 알킬 페닐포스피네이트 유도체들(3,4)의 90mg과 95mg의 값보다 독성이 증가함을 나타내었다. 즉 알킬 알킬포스피네이트 유도체 중에서 알킬기가 프로필인 경우가 옥틸인 경우보다 독성이 컸다. 이는 알킬 알킬포스피테이트의 알킬에스테르기의 사슬길이가 독성에 영향을 줌을 시사한다.
In order to study the toxicity of phosphinate derivatives, toxicities of alkyl alkylphosphinates and alkyl phenylphosphinates were compared. Toxicity of these compounds was tested by intraperitoneal injection of compounds to male mouse. Alkyl alkylphosphinates(1,2) revealed LD50 values of each 37 mg/kg and 70mg/kg, which showed increased toxicity than that of 90mg/kg (with porpyl phenylphosphinate, 3) and 95mg/kg (with octyl phenylphosphinate, 4). And the identity of the ester functional group in the alkyl alkylphosphinates affected on toxicity. Thus, ethylphosphinate with propyl ester group showed higher toxicity than that with octyl ester group.
